When Kucing Pink misbehaves, the cause is almost always one of nine things. Work through them in order; most people are fixed by step 3. Every fix below was verified on our lab phones.
1. Reinstall the official build
A corrupted download causes half of all weird behavior. Uninstall Kucing Pink, re-download v2.5.6.4 from our download page, and reinstall. Fresh file, fresh start.
2. Free up storage
Android needs breathing room. Free at least 200 MB. The app is only 27.85 MB, but installs and downloads fail silently when storage is tight. Our size and storage guide shows where the megabytes go.
3. Switch servers
If the app opens but videos will not play, the server is dead, not the app. Switch servers from the player controls. Details in our server switching guide.
4. Clear cache (not data)
Settings, Apps, Kucing Pink, Storage, Clear cache. This fixes stale thumbnails and stuck players without touching your My List.
5. Check your connection
Buffering and black screens often mean a weak connection. Move closer to Wi-Fi or drop to 720p. The full playbook is in our buffering fix guide.
6. Restart the phone
Simple and underrated. A reboot clears stuck processes that survive app restarts.
7. Update Android System WebView
Kucing Pink renders some screens with WebView. An outdated WebView causes blank pages; update it from the Play Store.
8. Disable battery optimization for the app
Aggressive battery savers kill background downloads and notifications. Exempt Kucing Pink in your battery settings.
9. Clear data as a last resort
If nothing else works, clear all data and set up fresh. You will lose My List, so this is genuinely last. Still broken after all nine? The build itself may have an issue on your device; tell us via the Kucing Pink APK homepage contact link and we will look into it.
